Shipping Policies

Valeria Cotoner provides free standard shipping for all Spanish orders of  250 Euros or more. Customers will receive their orders in 1–5 business days (Monday-Saturday delivery). These delivery timeframes only apply to Spanish addresses. As a guide UPS Home Delivery transit time can be between 1-5 business days. If you need expedited please contact us at contact@valeriacotoner.com, with delivery within 1–3 business days.

During sale periods we experience a high volume of orders and shipping may be delayed. All orders will be processed in the order they are received based on product availability. If you have any questions please contact our customer support team by emailing contact@valeriacotoner.com.

Please note that the expedited shipping method delivery timeframes do not include order processing time. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12:00 PM EST the same business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Sunday or holidays.


Returns and Exchanges

Spanish customers have 14 days from the delivery date to place a return. All orders shipped internationally are final sale as well as sale items marked as final sale. These orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns will incur a 10 Euros restocking fee, which will be subtracted from your refund.

Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Final Sale Items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

Discount not valid on previous purchases and cannot be combined with other offers. No price adjustments on previous orders.

Returns will only be accepted if the producto have not been worn. They must be returned in their original packaging with their tag on.


How To Complete Your Return:

  1. Within 14 days of your order shipment, please send an email with your order number to returnsandexchanges@valeriacotoner.com with subject line: I want to make a return and order number. Please allow us 48/72h to respond and we will personally assist you to make the return with instructions and a prepaid UPS return shipping label. 
  2. Items must be shipped back within 5 days of your return being authorized.
  3. Upon inspection and acceptance of the returned merchandise, we will process your refund within approximately 3 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please note that it may take anywhere from 7 to 10 business days before the refund is credited back to your credit card. 

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the return process, please contact customer service at contact@valeriacotoner.com


Frequent Returns

We monitor the number of returns made by customers and excessive returns are flagged. As a result, our Customer Care team may contact you to learn more about your returned items and at our discretion, future orders may be refused.


International Shipping Policies

All orders ship from Spain.

International orders are shipped via UPS and we charge a flat fee of 35 Euros. Customers will receive their orders in 1–5 business days (Monday-Saturday delivery). As a guide UPS Home Delivery transit time can be between 1-5 business days. If you need expedited please contact us at contact@valeriacotoner.com, with delivery within 1–3 business days.

Please note, owing to Russian Federal Customs Regulations, we are unable to deliver orders to Russia at this time.

We will provide you with a tracking number for your international purchases.


International Sales are Final

All orders shipped internationally are final sale as well as sale items marked as final sale. These orders cannot be returned or exchanged.


Customs Policy

Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected at the time of delivery.

These charges are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control. We are not able to estimate these fees as they vary from country to country. The best way to calculate the costs is by contacting your local carrier/customs office.

If the recipient refuses delivery of their order for any reason, your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and your order will not be eligible for a refund.

Any import duties and taxes that are charged on return packages are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund.

Please note, that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and cannot be held liable for any reimbursement cost.
