RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are sorry you're not completely satisfied with your purchase.

We are happy to assist you at all times if you have any inquiries regarding color, fit and size of garments. Please think twice before you make your purchase. We try to reduce as much as we can returns/exchanges to lower our carbon footprint.

 

SPAIN

If you wish, you can change and / or return your order within a maximum period of 7 (seven) calendar days from the receipt of your order

 

ONLINE RETURNS IN SPAIN

To return your order, follow the instructions below:

    1. Send an email with your order number to returns@valeriacotoner.com with subject line that you want to make a return and order number.
    2. We will send you a label that you must print and stick on the packaging box at the customer’s expense.
    3. We will pick up the order by the shipping address.

COSTS

Valeria Cotoner is not responsible for the costs of the return (except if it is our error or in case of a defect), but we will help to manage it at all times. The transport costs assumed by the customer related to the return of an order will be €10 for each item that is returned. These costs will be discounted from the amount to be returned. 

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

The customer has the obligation to return the product in perfect condition, with the original and intact packaging and labeling, conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected. The product to be returned must be in the same state in which it was received by the Customer.

REFUND

Unfortunately no money refunds are made. You will receive a voucher to your email within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of the receipt of the order in our warehouse. The amount of the voucher will be the total amount paid (shipping cost will be deducted).

 

INTERNATIONAL

If you wish, you can change and / or return your order within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of your order.

INTERNATIONAL ONLINE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

To make a change in size, model or color, you must return the order / item you and make a new purchase of the product . To do this, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Send an email with your order number to hello@valeriacotoner.com with subject line that you want to make a return and order number.
  2. Send us the garment you want to return with the shipping company of your choice to:

  3. Buy the new product for which you want to change your order.

Changes and returns for bespoke or personalized items are not allowed. Please remember to write Att: RETURN AND REPAIR on the outside of the package to ensure a speedy journey through any customs office it may pass through. Failure to provide this information may lead to a delay in the return - and in the worst case, the customs office will send the package back to your address.
