We are happy to assist you at all times if you have any inquiries regarding color, fit and size of garments. Please think twice before you make your purchase. We try to reduce as much as we can returns/exchanges to lower our carbon footprint.
ONLINE RETURNS IN SPAIN
If you wish, you can change and /or return your order within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of your order. Except items on sale and in our Archive Sale collection.
To return your order, follow the instructions below:
- Send an email with your order number to returns@valeriacotoner.com with subject line: I want to make a return and order number. Please allow us 48/72h to respond and we will personally assist you to make the return.
- Once we receive the parcel, we will proceed with the reimbursement to the same payment method used for the purchase in a period of 15 days.
To make a change in size, model or color, you must return the order / item you and make a new purchase of the product .
Costs:
Valeria Cotoner is not responsible for the costs of the return (except if it is our error or in case of a defect), but we will help to manage it at all times. The costs assumed by the customer related to the return of an order will be €10 for each item returned. These costs will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
Customer Obligations:
The customer has the obligation to return the product in perfect condition, with the original and intact packaging and labeling, conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected. The product to be returned must be in the same state in which it was received by the Customer.

Changes and returns for bespoke or personalized items are not allowed. Please remember to write Att: RETURN AND REPAIR on the outside of the package to ensure a speedy journey through any customs office it may pass through. Failure to provide this information may lead to a delay in the return - and in the worst case, the customs office will send the package back to your address.
Costs:
